Rosanna is the company's President. She brings a powerful combination of clinical expertise and operational acumen to The Paint Kadd-e Company. With a background in recreation therapy specializing in neurological rehabilitation, she spent years navigating complex physiological challenges with innovative thinking and exploring adaptive technology.

Her subsequent 14-year career in the elite luxury tier of the Las Vegas market honed her ability to identify market gaps and execute at scale. After recognizing the Paint Kadd-e’s potential to address longstanding ergonomic and efficiency issues, she transitioned from a frontline advocate to the executive suite. 

As president, she oversees the brand’s strategic expansion, leveraging her unique insight into human mechanics to position Paint Kadd-e as the gold standard in innovative painting systems.

 Annette brings a unique blend of operational leadership, creative vision, and a lifelong passion for innovation to her role as General Manager of The Paint Kadd-e Company.

As the driving force behind our strategic U.S. expansion, Annette oversees domestic infrastructure, precision manufacturing standards, and direct-to-consumer logistics. Her leadership ensures that our revolutionary painting system seamlessly transitions from production facilities straight to the customer's front door.

Responsible for managing the comprehensive product lifecycle within the United States, Annette is deeply committed to our core mission: providing DIY enthusiasts and master painters alike with a cleaner, faster, and more sustainable painting experience. Under her guidance, the company prioritizes robust quality control while championing The Paint Kadd-e’s vision of minimizing paint waste and maximizing project efficiency. Her holistic approach to leadership infuses the company with a culture of excellence, operational care, and forward-thinking momentum.

Richard serves as the Chairman of The Paint Kadd-e Company and the Group CEO of Paint Solutions International Ltd. With over 30 years of executive leadership, Richard has built a proven track record in marketing, finance, and human resources across global sectors.

His career is defined by key roles at multinational giants such as RBC, Shell, and Seabourn, complemented by tenure within the British High Commission’s Diplomatic Service. A specialist in organizational transformation, Richard focuses on driving growth through consultative selling, employee engagement, and intuitive customer service. His influence extends to academia, where he has served as a business lecturer, bridging the gap between complex management theory and real-world application.

Richard holds a Business degree from George Washington University and a diploma in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. He maintains prestigious industry credentials, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). This extensive background in navigating international markets and intergovernmental relations provides the strategic foundation for his current entrepreneurial ventures.
